Psalms 42 : 1 - 2

Psalm 42:1–2 "As the deer pants for the water brooks, So pants my soul for You, O God. My soul thirsts for God, for the living God." David's soul longed for God so much he compared it to a deer panting for water. God always satisfies our longing for Him with joy. The longing for anything above God will never satisfy. Ask the Lord to create a worshipful heart if you lack His joy and long for anything above Him in this season of life.
